Responsibilities
* Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring smooth operation and high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
* Prepare ingredients for service, minimizing wastage.
* Meet all guest special requests.
* Cook dishes according to specifications and contribute to ongoing improvements.
* Store goods correctly and hygienically, following HACCP guidelines.
* Promote an inclusive and respectful work environment.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience, hotel industry experience advantageous.
* Passion for food at all levels.
* Friendly team player, able to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of HACCP regulations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written.
* Flexible working hours.
