Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Account Administrator to join our team.
This role supports the day-to-day administration of insurance accounts, ensuring efficient, compliant, and accurate processing of insurance documentation, policy renewals, quotes, and queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue new business documents, mid-term alterations, renewals, and cancellations for both commercial and personal lines.
* Support the Sales Team by providing clear information about policy terms, coverage, and documentation requirements.
* Escalate complex queries or claims to the appropriate account executive or manager.
* Assist with preparing personal and commercial insurance quotes.
* Monitor renewal lists/age debt/offered/pending reports for executives.
* General administrative duties.
* Maintain a compliance monitoring programme to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Provide full support to the Sales Team, including preparing various client data reports and maintaining up-to-date client records.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
* Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively and efficiently.
* Good product & market knowledge.
* Team player who is highly motivated & enthusiastic.
