Regional Director - Ireland, HR Recruitment
Frazer Jones services have been selected to secure talent for a Junior HR Business Partner role based in south central Dublin, with a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is an exciting opportunity to gain excellent and varied experience within a growing, global company. This is a high-paced role and you’ll be expected to consistently produce high quality work within tight deadlines. This company have lots of exciting plans and HR projects for 2026 and are seeking a Junior HR Business partner to hit the ground running to help to roll them out. Within this role you will have an opportunity to have a real, tangible impact. You’ll have a global mindset, be results driven with a bias to action and enjoy building things, bringing creativity and energy to your work.
Responsibilities
* Drive positive change and strengthen the culture, enhancing companywide communication and designing compelling content, strengthening a collaborative, high performing, hybrid work environment and feedback-led approach.
* Support the recruitment of new talent for the business, both in Ireland and overseas.
* Champion employee engagement and monitor levels through pulse surveys and feedback from managers and colleagues. Analyze results to understand specific barriers by team and location then collate these results into clear, actionable insights and design plans to implement initiatives to boost satisfaction, psychological safety and perceptions of key factors such as inclusion, trust in leadership etc.
* Support performance management, aligned with mission and values.
* Play an active role within the People team’s own development; coaching and mentoring junior members to excel within their own roles; providing guidance as required.
* Support employee relations.
Candidate Profile
* A strong HR generalist background with minimum 1 year experience within Business Partnering, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong recruitment background - preferably within the corporate and tech sector.
* Experience influencing culture and driving positive change and are skilled and confident in designing and presenting content to all levels of the organization.
* Proven track record working with stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with staff at all levels within the firm.
* Ambition to succeed in a fast paced, ever-changing environment within short timelines – you can flex when required to meet a deadline whilst keeping spirits and morale up.
* Ability to work on own initiative whilst being a productive, collaborative team member. You are results driven and have a strong bias to action.
* Curious and a ‘big picture’ thinker, you bring fresh ideas and suggestions and always consider diverse perspectives.
* Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills with strong analytical skills – you can know how to interpret the data to retrieve key points and design improvement plans.
* Self-motivated with energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to make things happen; you have a ‘glass half full’ view on things and don’t get frustrated when things can change at short notice. High energy and a positive can-do attitude are a must!
* Experience of employment law in Ireland.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to challenge constructively.
Salary
up to €60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
