Manufacturing Process Engineer
This is a challenging role that requires a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing process engineer to develop, optimize and sustain manufacturing processes for advanced medical devices.
Responsibilities:
* Owning and sustaining manufacturing processes within value streams for Neurovascular products, ensuring product quality, process stability and regulatory compliance.
* Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to address product and process issues.
About the Role:
In this role you will play a key part in driving business growth through operational excellence of our manufacturing processes across all stages of complex assembly operations. You will be responsible for executing equipment changes under strict quality systems including documentation risk assessment validation change control.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in regulated medical device environment with strong understanding of precision assembly engineering principles problem solving analytical thinking Lean/ISO systems statistical methods - Strong leadership team management interpersonal communication skills preferred.
