One of Irelands largest automotive retail groups with many dealerships in the Dublin area is now hiring a Service Advisor to join their team. About the role: Based in Dublin 12, fulltime onsite Monday to Friday, this role includes: *Providing the end to end service of a customer vehicle service journey Meeting and greeting all service customers Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work Maintaining up to date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair, Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment. *Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts *assisting with gathering customer service feedback Skills and Experience at least 1 years experience in a similar role working in the Motor industry good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English) a working knowledge of ADP/Kerridge - further training can be provided proven experience in providing excellent service to front line customers ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak times a driving licence valid for Ireland Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit What We Can Offer You: Competitive Salary Contributory Pension Plan Staff Retail Discount Scheme Employee Assistance Programme 22 days holidays #CplOS25 #LI-LM8 Skills: Word Powerpoint Excel
