This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in Mechanical & Electrical Trades. About The Role: This position involves supervising the recruitment process for various tradespeople, ensuring they possess necessary skillsets and training. You will communicate daily with Site Managers and weekly with Finance teams. Additionally, you will liaise with HR to ensure correct contracts are in place.
