Sales Team Lead – French
We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to coach and develop a high-performing team of Agency Account Managers. The ideal candidate will focus on creating exceptional customer experiences through sales plays and account management, while also developing programs to scale operations and grow revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers to drive business growth.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
* Enhance team productivity and workflows by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
* Coach and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding results.
* Identify and attract top talent to join the team.
* Conduct regular performance assessments to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
* Evaluate client satisfaction and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a team leadership role within sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
* In-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape and agency operations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage strong teams and large agencies/advertisers.
* Fluency in both French and English is essential.
* Experience in recruiting for high-performance teams and a proven track record in building successful teams.
* Proficiency in CRM systems or similar tools is required.
