We have a great opportunity for Food & Beverage Assistants to join our Hobson's Restaurant team at Tower Hotel Waterford.
The Tower Hotel is Waterford's premier 4-star city centre hotel and is superbly located overlooking the Marina and Reginald's Tower.
The hotel is just a 3-minute stroll from the city's shopping and entertainment hot spots, and the premier business district.
The Candidate:
Must have excellent communication skills.
Previous experience essential.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Flexible to work mornings, evenings, mid-week and weekends.
Friendly outgoing personality.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions:
Deliver a professional, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.
Ensure that guests are warmly welcomed, and orders taken efficiently.
Food & Beverage service delivered in an efficient, warm friendly manner.
To always be familiar with food and beverage menus, and product.
To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company Policy.
Work varying shifts including morning, afternoons, and nights.
Assist in other departments as required.
Hotel B&B discounts across the group.
20% discount on bar & restaurant food in a sister property.
Comp golf available on Druids Heath to all Neville Hotel Team Members (T's & C's apply).
