If you love creating standout content, and building engaged communities, this role offers plenty of variety and ownership.About the RoleYou'll lead the full social and content function across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. This includes planning, creating, editing, posting, and reviewing performance. You'll work closely with internal creatives and external digital partners to deliver campaigns that raise awareness, drive sales.What You'll Be DoingCreate platform-specific video, photo, and written content that captures attention.Manage a structured content calendar and oversee daily posting.Work with designers to ensure strong visuals and consistent brand identity.Coordinate with external partners on paid ads, email campaigns, and digital promotions.Produce content that supports online and in-store sales, plus lead generation for clubs and organisations.Engage directly with online communities, responding to comments and messages.Track performance, prepare weekly/monthly insights, and adjust strategies for growth.Stay alert to trends, new formats, and shifts in sports and youth culture.What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in social media or digital content creation.Confident in video production, editing, reels, and short-form storytelling.Strong writing skills and an ability to communicate clearly and creatively.Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and ideally Working knowledge of paid ads and email platforms (with support from external specialists).Hybrid based role in Co Tipperary, candidates are required to have a full drivers license and their own carOnly suitable candidates will be contacted
