Main Responsibilities:
* Process and verify domestic and overseas expense claims
* Manage staff charge card balances
* Update staff records in the Financial Management system, including vehicle insurance details
* Provide guidance and training on expense processes to staff members
* Support the Payroll, Expenses, and Financial Management teams as required
* Assist the Senior Accountant with administrative tasks related to finance
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* A third-level qualification or progression towards one is highly desirable
* Relevant finance experience and/or qualifications are advantageous
* Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to work independently and take initiative
