Room Leader Position
* This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality early years care and education, aligning with Aistear and Siolta standards.
* You will be responsible for providing leadership, mentorship, and support to your team members, helping them develop children's skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To deliver full-time early years care and education ensuring curriculum planning and learning experiences are aligned with Aistear and Siolta standards.
2. Provide guidance and coaching to the team members, supporting their professional growth and helping them develop children's skills.
3. To contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the room and across the centre.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in an early years leadership position is essential.
* Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education is required.
* A LINC qualification is preferred but not necessary.
