Job Description
This Irish hospitality group is currently recruiting a senior sales leader to oversee all aspects of sales planning, coordination, and implementation across four properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationships with key clients across multiple market segments to drive revenue growth – Corporate, MICE, DMC, Tours.
2. Lead and coordinate sales activities across four hotels ensuring commercial success.
3. Develop and implement effective selling strategies to grow business levels for each hotel across all markets. Manage stakeholder relationships within the hotels and externally.
4. Capture opportunities for public relations & media exposure for the hotels.
5. Evaluate and apply yield management techniques effectively in all sources of business with a strong understanding of commercial acumen.
