Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Scheduling Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business, providing administrative support and coordinating work schedules.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and their family members, and with HSE Health and Social Care Services personnel.
* Provide a professional and courteous service to members of the public and colleagues.
* Effectively coordinate work schedules and provide administration support.
* Work on the On-Call service on a rota basis with colleagues and respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in office administration or relevant experience is essential.
* Experience as a Care Assistant is desirable but not essential.
* Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to work under pressure are required.
Working Conditions:
* This is a full-time role with office hours 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
* Full driving license is desirable.
* Possibility of flexible start and finish times by agreement.
