Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead our team and drive operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational team, developing strategic plans, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational team and ensure delivery of key objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a positive work environment
- Implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, leadership, and planning
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven record of achievement at senior level
- Full driver's license
- Deep passion for the work of the association
Desirable Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Community Development or a related field
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
