Responsibilities
* Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin and provide excellent customer service within the branch
* Become an expert in LKQ UK & Ireland product offerings to customers and be seen as the trusted advisor
* Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch, ensuring that the customer needs are met
* Ensure all callbacks are completed in a timely manner
* Work closely with other internal teams across the business to understand our products and anticipate customer needs
* Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and look to reduce our return rate by building better relationships with customers
* Utilise relevant business data to identify opportunities across all customer bands and product groups
