* Role: Foxford Online fulfilment & Customer service executive

* Responsibilities:
o Fulfilment of online orders in an efficient manner and in line with agreed service levels
o Ensuring orders are packed to a high standard and in adherence to agreed procedures
o Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, An Post, DPD and DHL are all a plus.
o Updating and processing orders and labels on computer system
o Support on embroidery orders
o Dispatch store orders requested for delivery.
o Ordering of all web furniture items
o Customer service support – answering phones and responding to customer emails.
o Ensuring dispatch area is maintained to a high standard
o Adherence to all health & safety procedures.
* Working Hours:
o 37.5hrs per week – working hours are flexible and weekend work will be considered.
Must be available to work Monday and Friday.

Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour
