Social Work Team Leader - Bridge House, Cherry Orchard Hospital
Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with Tusla, is recruiting a Social Work Team Leader to join the Duty Intake team.
The role is full-time, 35 hours per week.
The Social Worker Team Leader will:
1. Provide leadership and motivation to optimize service delivery by developing teams and promoting change management.
2. Be responsible for the probationary appraisal of staff and the completion of probationary appraisal reports as required. Make appropriate recommendations regarding whether employees’ standards of work during probation are satisfactory and whether appointments should be confirmed.
3. Ensure compliance with and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
4. Contribute to a range of reports including annual reports, performance indicators, etc., as required.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of policy, information sharing protocols, audit systems, and referral and integrated care pathways.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Be registered in the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.
* Maintain live annual registration on the Social Workers Register.
* Have at least three years of relevant post-qualification experience.
* Possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, professionalism, and managerial ability, for the proper discharge of duties.
