Customer Success Leader Position
We are seeking an accomplished Cross-Functional Manager to drive business success with our international clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients across multiple regions.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention.
* Act as a trusted advisor – solving complex challenges, identifying opportunities & driving adoption.
* Deliver consultative solutions that maximize customer value & ROI.
* Utilize data analytics tools (Salesforce, CRM) to forecast, report, and plan the pipeline.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Fluent (C2) in English, German and French.
* 3–5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
* Commercially minded, structured & self-driven – you spot opportunities and act fast.
* Excellent communicator, problem solver, and relationship builder.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Experience in Payments / Tech / SaaS is a plus.
