Position OverviewThe Sales Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team and driving operational efficiency across the sales process. This position is responsible for managing sales administration, coordinating between departments, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring that customer accounts and orders are processed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to provide high-level administrative and analytical support to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily sales administration activities, including order processing and documentation.Support the sales team by preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and maintaining CRM data accuracy.Liaise between sales, finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Manage and update sales contracts, quotations, and pricing agreements in line with company policies.Coordinate internal approval processes for pricing, discounts, and special terms.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular analytical reports for management review.Liaise with marketing to run scheduled email marketing campaigns.Provide administrative support for sales meetings, client presentations, and corporate events.Organise travel, accommodation for senior managementOther ad hoc admin as necessaryJob Type: Full-timePay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingEducation:Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)Experience:Sales Administration: 5 years (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
