Senior M&A Analyst Opportunity
This is a chance to work closely with leadership, manage acquisitions from start to finish, and support strategic finance integration across the business.
The Role:
As a Senior M&A Analyst, you will be responsible for leading financial and tax aspects of acquisitions, managing due diligence activities, and integrating new businesses into our finance operations and systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial and tax aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
* Manage all finance-related due diligence activities, engaging directly with sellers and advisors.
* Support legal processes, reviewing financial elements of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
* Help integrate new businesses into our finance operations and systems.
Your Skills and Experience:
We are looking for a fully qualified accountant with 2+ years' minimum PQE in a finance role, preferably with M&A or transaction services experience. You should have strong analytical and commercial skills, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
What We Offer:
This is a full-time contract role based on-site, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent. Salary will reflect experience and can be discussed further. Some travel may be required.
