Our Client, a mid tier law firm in Dublin 2, is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor with 2–3 years’ PQE to provide high‑calibre advice, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of its busy Employment Law practice.

Required Experience and Skills
* Experience in assisting employers with the full range of legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from recruitment to exit
* Advising on risk management and employment issues during corporate transactions and transfer of undertakings
* Experience before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts
* Experience advising employers on day‑to‑day HR issues such as managing disciplinary processes, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, pension issues and statutory entitlements, and an understanding of public sector specific employment law
* An ability to generate new client relationships and maintain and expand existing client relationships
* Collaborating at all levels with an ability to communicate points clearly
* A calm and measured approach to problem solving
* A willingness to attend networking and marketing events when required
