Accounts Administrator - Clonee Salary: €35,000 | Full-Time Permanent | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team in Clonee.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Role: Process supplier invoices and prepare month-end statement reconciliations.
Import supplier invoices into the company's digital document storage platform and ensure accurate indexing.
Liaise with other departments to resolve discrepancies between receipted and invoiced quantities.
Assist with maintaining supplier price lists in the company's ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Perform daily bank reconciliations using the ERP system.
Support stocktake processes, including importing data and preparing variance reports.
Provide general accounting administration support.
Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required.
The Person: Strong attention to detail with the ability to use initiative and suggest process improvements.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills highly desirable.
Previous experience in a financial administration role is preferred.
Experience using an ERP system is an advantage.
