About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architectto join our growing Saa S organization.
This role is bothhands-on and strategic, requiring someone who can design scalable solutions, work directly with customers, and collaborate effectively across teams.
You will be akey technical influencer within a 200+ person engineering organization, shaping architectural standards, guiding best practices, and helping teams align solutions with both customer needs and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and integration needs.
Design end-to-end Saa S-based architectures, including diagrams, integration models, and security frameworks.
Provide hands-on technical support during implementation, deployment, and onboarding .
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to align delivery with customer expectations.
Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and technical demonstrations.
Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and customer architecture reviews.
Document solution designs, best practices, and architecture standards.
Act as a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring high technical satisfaction.
Provide product feedback and influence roadmap improvements.
Mentor junior team members and support internal knowledge sharing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Solution Adoption Rate: % of recommended architectures or features successfully adopted by customers.
Implementation Success Rate: Number of customer implementations delivered on time and within scope.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS): Average satisfaction scores for technical engagement and support.

Technical Win Rate (Pre-Sales): % of opportunities where technical validation contributes to closing deals.
Escalation Rate: Number of technical escalations related to solution design or integration (aim for reduction).
Quality of Documentation: Timeliness and completeness of architecture diagrams, runbooks, and technical guides.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Feedback score from engineering/product/customer success teams.
Training & Enablement: Number of internal or customer-facing training sessions delivered per quarter.
Continuous Improvement Contributions: Documented improvements to templates, processes, and solution frameworks.
Required Qualifications7+ years experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
Strong background in Saa S architectures, cloud-native systems, and distributed applications.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS preferred).
Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, authentication, integration patterns, and data flows.
Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Java Script, Bash).
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working directly with enterprise or complex customer environments.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-tenant Saa S, security best practices, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Pre-sales or customer-facing technical experience.
Experience with event-driven architectures, webhooks, or i Paa S solutions.
Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or TOGAF.
