What you’ll do — Responsibilities
* Cold calling and lead generation
* Prospecting and price negotiation
* Quotation and offer preparation
* Planning and managing your sales activities using our CRM tool
* Offering sustainable solutions for health, hygiene, and cleanliness
* Building and expanding B2B customer relationships in your territory
* Monitoring customers and market trends to support sales strategy and campaigns
What we’re looking for — Qualifications and profile
* You have a hunter mentality – proactive, self-driven, and motivated by results and success
* You enjoy building customer relationships from scratch and turning initial conversations into loyal clients
* You're a natural networker who thrives on making new connections and seizing opportunities
* You combine business development energy with account management skills – you can open doors and keep them open
* You know how to identify customer needs – or create them – and close deals through consultative selling
* Sales experience is a plus, but drive, resilience, and personality matter more – we’ll give you the training you need to succeed
