Hybrid, located at an IMSC hub such as Titusville, New Jersey; Horsham, Pennsylvania; Zug, Switzerland; Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; or Beerse, Belgium.
About the Role
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and oversight of tools and reporting for the global IMSC Portfolio, Programs, and Projects. This role establishes systems, reporting and analytics strategy, and delivers accurate reporting to support decision‑making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the process and lifecycle ownership of deploying, documenting, and maintaining systems and reporting, ensuring designs are lean and strategically integrated.
Execute a technical strategic roadmap and manage systems, reporting, and application support in collaboration with IT/JJSC.
Partner with process integration requirements to deliver a single end‑to‑end process, including tools and performance reporting.
Represent IMSC needs on cross‑enterprise systems teams and lead vendor management for project tools (Quickbase, Planisware, MS Project+, etc.).
Provide system expertise to achieve business objectives.
Support day‑to‑day system operations for the portfolio, program, and project management community, innovating current systems and reporting.
Develop and deliver a Strategic Roadmap for Portfolio, Program & Project Systems & Reporting Tools.
Identify and lead execution of new systems or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Prioritize and manage system updates/upgrade requests with robust change control, including business requirement documentation.
Design a global training strategy that supports a diverse user base.
Partner with internal teams and business partners to provide data‑integrity analytics.
Create and deliver standard dashboards that drive portfolio value and strategy execution.
Identify efficiencies in IMSC business processes and deployments.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's/University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT.
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
Deep experience in systems enhancement, reporting development, supply chain operations, finance, portfolio or project management.
Ability to translate process functionalities into system requirements.
Proven implementation and functional ownership of supporting systems.
Strong stakeholder and change‑management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills with influence without authority.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication skills for concise messaging to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred
Knowledge of portfolio and project management systems and tools.
Experience with portfolio/project management software (e.g., Instantis, Clarity, P5, MS Project, Primavera, Quickbase, Planisware).
Strong systems, KPI, and project portfolio execution expertise.
Ability to synthesize large volumes of finance, process, and technical information and present recommendations.
Other Requirements
Proficient in English (written and verbal).
Travel up to 15% domestic and/or international.
Acceptable flexible work policy to work on‑site a minimum of three days per week, with up to two remote workdays.
