They focus on delivering complex projects in areas like Residential, Commercial, Life Sciences, and logistics facilities.They’re currently looking to bring in experienced Project Manager to join their Cork-based team. It’s a great opportunity to get involved in large, high-profile builds with a company that continues to grow and win strong projects.You’ll take ownership of projects from early stages right through to handover, making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesKeeping project programmes on track and working closely with the Contracts Manager on timelinesLeading and supporting your site team, including mentoring more junior staffMaking sure the right people and resources are in place at the right timeDriving a strong health & safety culture across the projectKeeping a close eye on quality to ensure everything meets specManaging costs and working with the commercial team to stay on budgetBuilding solid relationships with clients and keeping them updated on progress, risks, or delaysRequirementsA degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or something similarAround 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects (new builds and/or fit-outs)Experience in Design & Build projects would be a big plusSomeone who can confidently plan and deliver complex jobsStrong technical understanding, along with good reporting and numerical skillsGood communicator who can deal with a range of stakeholdersCommercially aware and able to make practical, cost-effective decisionsComfortable using MS Office and project planning tools like MS Project (or similar)Package will includePension and life assuranceCompany vehicle or car allowanceThere’s also a clear path for progression, with opportunities to move up to Senior PM, Contracts Manager, and beyond for the right person.
