We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience in high end fine dining or a 5 star hotel.Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen managementSupervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentationEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards (HACCP or equivalent)Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controlTrain and mentor junior kitchen staffStep in and lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head ChefCollaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experienceMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspaceRequirements:Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environmentCulinary degree or professional chef training preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety regulationsAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentCreative and passionate about food and hospitalityFlexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidaysJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
