Murphy is recruiting for a Plant Hire Controller to work with Murphy Plant in Newbridge Co. Kildare.

What you will be doing:
Interact with Company Projects Teams on the phone and on email regarding hire orders and quotations
Create hire contracts based on the Company Project requirements
Work closely with the Operations Manager on all activities
Effectively interact with other departments including logistics, accounts and the workshop to ensure the customers’ needs are fulfilled
Continuously develop product knowledge of our fleet whilst keeping up to date with changes and advancements
Input data accurately on the in-house (Syrinx) system
Who we are looking for:
Previous experience of Plant and Machinery is a distinct advantage
Customer Service experience
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Work on own initiative
Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexible and reliable
Highly IT proficient
Excellent attention to detail
