Senior Vendor Management Analyst Job Description
Job Summary:
As a key member of the vendor management team, you will be responsible for ensuring global due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring are being met.
* Conduct financial viability assessments and information security reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to develop a coordinated approach with suppliers and internal business partners.
* Consolidate internal business requirements and facilitate communication within the organization to develop a coordinated approach with suppliers and internal business partners.
* Support the development of firm-wide protocol for Vendor Onboarding requirements.
* Create reporting and metrics to measure, manage, and communicate program progress.
* Manage supplier performance along with business owners.
* Coordinate with suppliers to collect required information for proper due diligence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a business or management discipline.
* Minimum 3+ years vendor risk experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization software.
* Experience with technology-related contracts.
* Working knowledge of law with good business judgment.
* Exceptional project management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Quick learner, detail-oriented, and strong ownership of work.
* Able to prioritize and perform with a high sense of urgency.
* Demonstrated success in balancing efficiency and scale with client satisfaction.
