A rapidly growing medical device (MedTech) company is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, clinician engagement, and customer acquisition as the company expands its commercial presence.This role represents the first dedicated marketing hire in Ireland, offering a rare opportunity to build and scale marketing programs from the ground up while working closely with global leadership.Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, physician marketing initiatives, and demand generation programs to support product adoption across healthcare systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep insight into key healthcare stakeholders including physicians, hospital decision-makers, and distribution partners.Map the customer journey from awareness to product adoption in partnership with commercial and clinical teams.Translate complex clinical and technical information into compelling marketing messages.Demand Generation & AwarenessPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, clinician education, and market engagement.Develop marketing content including clinical education materials, case studies, digital campaigns, and conference assets.Manage digital marketing channels including website, email campaigns, PR, and professional healthcare networks.Brand & MessagingSupport the development of brand positioning and messaging for healthcare and clinical audiences.Ensure consistent, high-quality marketing materials across campaigns, events, and digital platforms.Commercial EnablementPartner closely with sales and field teams to develop presentations, sales tools, and customer-facing materials.Support distributors and healthcare partners with marketing resources that drive product evaluation and adoption.Marketing AnalyticsTrack key marketing metrics including campaign performance, engagement, and lead conversion.Use insights and market feedback to continuously optimise marketing programs.Experience & Qualifications5–8 years’ experience in medical device, MedTech, healthcare technology, or life sciences marketing.Experience supporting product launches, commercialisation, or market expansion initiatives.Strong background in demand generation, product marketing, or clinician marketing.Excellent communication and content development skills, particularly for technical or regulated environments.Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, clinical, and regulatory teams.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).Why This Role?Opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up in a scaling MedTech company.Work directly with global leadership on commercial growth and market development.High-impact role shaping physician engagement and product adoption strategies.Join a fast-growing, innovation-driven medical technology organisation.
