Job Overview
We are looking for a Dublin / Leinster based, qualified refrigeration Service Engineer to join our growing team of specialised YORK Chiller technicians.
The role involves commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial water/air cooled chillers and heat pumps, while supporting customer facilities across the region.
Responsibilities
Provide up-to-date site surveys, records, and reports on completed works and actions required to aid quotes for new or replacement equipment.
Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial chillers and heat pumps.
Serve as the primary contact for all technical service issues, ensuring resolution of complex systems within defined timeframes and service agreements.
Contribute to team success while often working independently.
Advantages
We appreciate experience with major chiller manufacturers such as York, Sabroe, Trane, Carrier, and Daikin.
Qualifications
Refrigeration F-GAS **** Certificate.
Ammonia experience is a distinct advantage.
Relevant trade qualification in refrigeration, or a qualified industrial electrician willing to cross-train on York Chiller and heat pumps.
Safe Pass Card & Manual Handling Certificate.
Minimum NFQ 5 qualification.
Experience with commissioning large ton centrifugal and screw chillers and heat pumps is advantageous; factory training will be provided.
Capable of working without detailed procedures and with limited supervision.
Full Clean Irish Driving License.

Work Hours
39-hour week: Monday–Thursday (8:00am-4:30pm) and Friday (8:00am-3:30pm).
