This is a full-time, permanentposition. In this exciting role, you play a key role during the pre-construction phase, ensuring the company wins new projects through competitive and well-prepared bids. You will also provide direct support to our marketing function, helping to deliver engaging content and campaigns that strengthen our brand and market presence.You will be involved in identifying, qualifying and managing leads, as well as preparing and submitting best-in-class bid documentation to secure new contracts. You will work closely with other departments, including operations, estimating and marketing, to ensure excellence in pre-construction and brand communications.Reporting ToGroup Sales and Marketing DirectorDuties & ResponsibilitiesBid and Proposal ManagementCollaborate with bid and project teams to manage and coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposal and operational documentation in a timely manner.Compile, edit and proof-read commercial proposals containing technical content and designs, ensuring these are presented in a professional and concise manner.Manage and coordinate prequalification submissions, tender bids, post-bid presentations and other key documentation.Ensure accurate version control and audit trail for all submissions.Lead post-tender debrief and lessons learned sessions.Marketing SupportSupport the creation of case studies, brochures and client presentations.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to write clear, creative content for website, brochures, presentations, award submissions, reports, email and social channels, emails, video editing and online campaigns that meet the brand's goals and objectives.Help create compelling messages for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to project managers, consultant engineers, clients and architects.Generate innovative ideas and workflow solutions utilising emerging technology.Ensure consistency of tone and visual identity across all bid and marketing assets.GeneralEffective communication and professional interaction with employees, clients and colleagues at all levels of the organisation.Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring deadlines are met.Knowledge/Skills/QualificationsMinimum of two years' experience with a proven track record in bid management or bid/marketing coordination (essential).Ideally, a background in marketing or experience supporting marketing activities.Ability to deliver high-quality content with excellent attention to detail.Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.Exemplary, clear and professional communication skills (written and oral).Extremely proficient user of Microsoft Office suite.Experience working with CRM systems.Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro & Acrobat Pro) is a distinct advantage.Desirable SkillsGraphic design skills and ability to develop visual project methodology plans for tender submissions using available BIM models.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Location:Head Office Ashbourne / Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)SalaryDOEMcKeon Group Core Values
