* A well known hotel group are looking for a HR Executive to join their team in Midleton.
About Your New Job
* Oversee the day-to-day admin duties of the HR department.
* Encourage a culture of employee engagement through effective and transparent communication.
* Manage and monitor the recruitment process including advertising, screening, selection, and onboarding.
* Ensure all employee queries are responded to in a timely manner.
* Advise, assist, and support the Heads of Department in all aspects of managing their team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory training requirements and arrange refresher training as necessary.
* Manage the disciplinary process, ensuring all requirements are met with regards to fair process and timelines.
What Skills You Need
* A qualification in HR Management
* Minimum 3 years' previous experience working in a HR role/within a HR department.
* Good knowledge of Irish employment law and best practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
