Role: Principal Officer is a senior management grade in the Civil Service. The Financial Operations Senior Manager is a critical leadership role for the NSSO Finance Shared Services (FSS) Division with responsibility for:
Leading the Finance Shared Services Operations team, currently comprising purchase to pay, accounts receivable and cash management functions, in providing an effective and efficient operations service.
Supporting the Head of Finance Shared Services in successfully onboarding future wave clients and the delivery of the FSS Programme.
Driving a continuous improvement culture focusing on the implementation of best practice solutions including the advancement of relevant innovation and automation initiatives.
Fostering a culture of compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and statutory regulations.
Actively working with client bodies and internal support teams to ensure that a quality customer centric service is provided to clients.
