Key Responsibilities:
* Support the efficient running of all departments, including gyms, swimming pools, fitness classes, party venue, and kids' activity camps.
* Ensure seamless integration between departments, including membership, maintenance, front desk, gym, administration, cleaning, tennis, and fitzone.
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times and ensure staff deliver the same level of service.
* Implement and manage high standards of operation, including member retention strategies, health and safety procedures, cleanliness systems, maintenance management, gym management, front desk systems, membership payment management, human resource policies, and fitness qualifications.
* Operate under pressure while continuing to deliver on all responsibilities of the role.
Requirements:
* Full commitment and drive to maintain our club as a premium establishment.
* Ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and prevent issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in facilities management, health and fitness management, operations, or leisure management is advantageous.
