Production Operator – Full-Time, Onsite, 24/7 Shift RoleKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipment using MES/DCS/PLC systems to ensure optimal equipment uptime and right-first-time performance.Work with equipment such as vial washers, depyrogenation tunnels, debaggers, autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems, and filling machines .Perform cleanroom duties, housekeeping, and materials management while actively supporting Lean and continuous improvement .Become fully certified and proficient in all assigned equipment, tasks, and processes.Manage the flow of clean/sterile equipment, labeling, hold times, and inventory using Kanban systems and MES.Carry out basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment where trained.Support investigations, CAPA, change controls, and problem-solving activities (FMEA, 5-Whys, Fishbone).Participate in writing and revising SOPs, training materials, and operational procedures.Engage in Tier 1 meetings, escalating safety, quality, and operational issues promptly.Follow all cGMP, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements, maintaining required certifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a safe, compliant, and high-performing culture.Education & ExperienceLeaving Certificate or equivalent required.Certificate, Diploma, Apprenticeship, or qualification in a technical/science discipline preferred.Experience in cleanroom or sterile manufacturing environments is an advantage.Understanding of ALCOA principles, GMP, and cleanroom behavior highly desirable.Additional RequirementsOnsite, 24/7 shift role (shift flexibility required).Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.Manual Handling, Pallet Truck, PSA/Airlock management knowledge preferred.Comfortable with downtime logging, SEEQ, PO closures, and supporting validation/tech engineering where required.Willingness to contribute to at least one improvement project per year.Ideal CandidateYou're proactive, reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.
