About the Role: You'll support the Deputy Manager and PIC in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in our Children's Residential service. This includes leading teams, supporting service users, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the team in daily operations.
* Deliver person-centred care and positive behaviour support.
* Complete accurate reports, assessments, and care plans.
* Mentor staff and support professional development.
* Build strong relationships with MDTs, families, and external partners.
* Contribute to inspections, audits, and continuous service improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Level 7+ qualification (Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Psychotherapy).
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
* Full clean driver's licence.
* CORU registered is desirable.
