Job Title: Ambitious FMCG Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute sales professional to manage our FMCG accounts across the Kerry, Limerick, and North Cork regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing customer accounts within your assigned area
* Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, symbol groups, wholesalers, and catering outlets
* Ensure optimum product availability and visibility within stores
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Maintain accurate sales records through CRM systems
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management
Requirements:
* 2 years field sales or account management experience in FMCG preferably
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
* Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
* Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools
* Positive attitude and ability to build long-term partnerships
* Full clean driver's license
