Key Responsibilities Carry out all Quantity Surveying duties including measurement, procurement, cost monitoring, cost control, reporting, preparation of interim payments and settlement of final accounts in a professional manner and in accordance with company guidelines Assist in the procurement of subcontractor packages, in line with agreed procurement schedule Conduct MEAT Analysis in line with company procurement guidelines Regularly attend site and ensure sufficient records of progress are taken on a regular basis and are adequately documented Produce information for the cash flow forecast for the project and update on a monthly basis and after the issue of any updated programmes.
