This role reports into the PDx Global ISC Leader. We are happy to consider flexible working options and are looking at candidates based in Cork (Ireland) and Chalfont St Giles (United Kingdom).
Job Description
Run: Executive Support
* Calendar, Travel and Expense Management: Proactively manage the Global Integrated Supply Chain Leader's calendar, book travel through Navan system, arrange visas and transport, prepare detailed itineraries and process/submit expenses in a timely manner
* Inbox Management: Oversee email workflow and prioritization to ensure timely responses and efficient communication
* Event Management: Provide end-to-end support for Global offsite meetings, ensuring seamless planning and execution
* Admin Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach the ISC Administration team (2 Direct Reports, 7 In-Direct Reports), promoting best practices across the network to ensure the ISC LT are supported to deliver on organizational priorities
Change: ISC Engagement
* Content Creator: Lead the ISC Communications strategy and execution for internal communications, amplifying our cultural operating principles to foster a connected and informed workforce
* Project Management: Leverage Project Management tools to lead and execute initiatives
* Enhance Wellbeing: Assess and address ISC function wellbeing needs, ensure programmes on physical, mental and emotional health are deployed across our network
Principal Qualifications
* Solid experience supporting Executive Leaders in multi-national environments
* Ability to work across multi-cultural and diverse teams
* People Leader with a proven ability to manage diverse teams, mentor and develop talent
* Proven experience supporting cultural transformation and employee wellbeing
* Digital savvy, including Microsoft Office tools and basic AI skills
* Knowledge of Smartsheet and Power BI is desirable but not essential
* A high degree of self-management organizational skills, and an excellent communicator (English, oral and written)
* Experience of managing a busy workload, including complex and competing priorities whilst remaining organized and professional, working to deadlines, and sometimes delivering under pressure
* Knowledge of LEAN methods and standard work, always working from a LEAN mindset. Proactively driving continuous improvement whilst demonstrating a behaviour of thinking ahead of the curve
* Capable of fostering close working relationships
* The role requires the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and role modelling of leadership behaviours
