About the Role
An established technology-driven organization is creating a new leadership position to spearhead its data and AI strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the organization's data and AI strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
* Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
* Develop frameworks and methodologies for AI readiness, implementation, and governance.
* Oversee solution design and delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
* Promote innovation and adoption of AI across business operations.
* Represent the organization as a thought leader in AI and data transformation.
* Contribute to commercial growth through new service offerings and recurring revenue streams.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in AI strategy, data analytics, or digital transformation leadership.
* Strong Microsoft eco-system experience.
* Strong understanding of modern AI platforms and their application in business environments.
* Expertise in data architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, DORA).
* Ability to design and implement AI use cases that deliver measurable outcomes.
* Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
* Commercial acumen and ability to translate technology into scalable offerings.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Awareness of AI ethics, risk management, and emerging regulatory requirements.
