Job Description:
The ideal candidate will contribute to the creation and provision of product quotations and spare part proposals to our client base and partners in the Southwest region.
* Engage with clients via phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person interactions at the trade counter.
* Collaborate with colleagues and principal suppliers to meet project deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Utilize advanced technical knowledge to address complex problems and provide effective solutions.
* Interact with Service, Workshop, and Contracts teams as needed.
* Pursue consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering relevant product recommendations.
* Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to gather market insights and customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Able to work effectively within a team environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* A self-motivated individual who is highly driven, comfortable working independently, and meets targets.
* Familiarity with electrical and water or wastewater products, systems, and services is advantageous.
