We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and support store teams in delivering operational standards and commercial targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, margin, and performance across all convenience stores in the region. They will also ensure best practice in stock management, merchandising, and customer service.
In this role, you will analyse financial performance and implement strategies to improve results. You will oversee compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
You will work closely with senior management to execute business strategy and deliver company goals. This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as excellent commercial awareness and analytical ability.
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in a multi-site retail management or senior store management role within convenience, grocery, or forecourt retail. You will also require a full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across Co. Kerry.
