Job Title: Person in Charge
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of disability services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver effective leadership and management of the service, ensuring full adherence to HIQA standards and applicable legislation.
* Champion a person-centred ethos across all service operations, guiding and supporting staff while promoting a positive, professional workplace culture.
* Lead service planning, risk assessment, and quality improvement initiatives, engaging collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners.
Key Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care Management (Degree Level 8 or equivalent).
* At least three years of experience in a managerial role within disability services.
* Demonstrated understanding of HIQA regulations and disability sector compliance.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
