Key Skills Required
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or high-volume property
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with Hotsoft or similar hotel management systems
* Calm, proactive, and guest-focused approach to service delivery
* Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and busy event periods
