Purpose of the Role
The Ticketing & Membership Executive will support the strategic planning, development, and execution of all ticketing operational initiatives for the FAI. This role drives revenue growth and builds strong relationships with supporters and ensures best-in-class customer service. The role is crucial in shaping the commercial future of Irish football through effective ticketing operations, membership growth, and excellent supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to a high-functioning and fast-paced ticketing team.
* Support the development and execution of the FAI ticketing strategy.
* Coordinate with ticketing providers to deliver excellent customer service.
* Manage match-day and non-match-day ticketing operations efficiently.
* Liaise with clubs, venues, and stakeholders for smooth ticket allocation.
* Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to deliver sales campaigns.
* Manage customer queries and resolve ticketing issues promptly.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, health, safety, and event regulations.
* Review campaigns and provide actionable insights for future improvement.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
* Proven experience in ticketing operations, ideally in sports or large events.
* Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Ticketmaster or similar.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
* High attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Desirable:
* Experience in cross-functional teamwork.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and GDPR compliance.
* Awareness of digital and social media trends.
* Ability to create basic presentations or reports (PowerPoint/Canva).
