TTM Healthcare is partnering with a leading provider of fertility and reproductive healthcare in Ireland to hire a Fertility Nurse/Midwife for their Dublin site.

Duties
To maintain the core ethos of the clinic through all interactions with patients and staff, providing the highest standard of care to patients, operating as part of a multidisciplinary team, and communicating effectively and securely with patients and staff members.
Education, Training & Competence
* Maintain and develop professional expertise and knowledge by actively engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
* Have proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook, and experience with patient management software to function within the client's network of clinics and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Manage and play a key role in the training, education, and support of others within your team.
* Comply with legislative requirements, including the EU Tissue & Cells Directive and relevant Irish legislation.
* Ensure full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and notify management of any changes.
Daily Duties
Clinical
* Perform ultrasound scanning, including assessment, follicle tracking, cycle monitoring, and fetal heart scans.
* Conduct phlebotomy and cannulation, administer injections, and provide nurse consultations for patient education.
* Collaborate with gynecologists to devise treatment plans, assist at egg collections/embryo transfers, and perform Intrauterine Inseminations (IUIs).
* Monitor patients in recovery and contribute to the general day-to-day running of the unit.
Admin & Training
* Coordinate treatment cycles and egg donation.
* Document correspondence on patient management software and in charts, as per SOPs.
* Prepare prescriptions, create and update therapy plans, and liaise with third-party clinics and pharmacies.
* Refer obstetric cases and provide training and support to junior staff.
Requirements
A qualified General Nurse or Registered Midwife with current NMBI registration, desirable experience in fertility and early pregnancy scanning, strong communication skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail.
Working Hours
A 37.5-hour working week, inclusive of breaks, with an 8-hour shift during core operating hours between 7am-6pm, occasional weekends/public holidays required.
