We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
* Maintain a culture of food safety and quality that meets company standards
* Deliver exceptional guest service skills and communicate efficiently with the team and guests
* Owning open, mid, or close routines for your shift and setting the next shift up for success
* Delegating responsibilities to team members to ensure every guest's expectations are exceeded
Requirements:
* Previous management or leadership experience preferred
* Customer service experience preferred
* Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks
* Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
