Responsibilities:
* Assist head chef and sous chef in kitchen operations
* Take direction from department managers and monitor food supply
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchens at all times
* Work with chef team to maintain HACCP standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
* Flexibility in working hours (mornings/evenings/weekends)
* Ability to work as part of a team or independently
