As it enters a high-growth phase, were looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead the business strategically, drive operational excellence, and scale a multidisciplinary team of 15 professionals.

Key Responsibilities: Company Leadership: Set the vision and strategic direction for the business in collaboration with the board.
P&L and KPI Ownership: Full financial accountability for the company - set and manage budgets, KPIs, and performance targets.
Team Building & Leadership: Build out and lead a multidisciplinary leadership team across operations, finance, commercial, and compliance.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the facility runs efficiently and safely but remain focused at the strategic level.
Marketing & Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market and brand strategies to support revenue growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, commercial partners, and the board.
Project Development Oversight: Lead and support future development and expansion projects as the business scales.
Culture & Governance: Foster a high-performance culture while maintaining robust corporate governance and ESG standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Executive Experience: Proven track record in a Managing Director, General Manager, or COO role Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Experience setting and delivering commercial and growth strategies, including marketing and organisational development.
Strong Financial Acumen: Confident managing a full P&L, building budgets, setting KPIs, and reporting to a board.
Leadership & People Development: Skilled in building and leading senior teams, hiring for key positions, and fostering leadership at all levels.
